Customer Reviews
Decent table, slow delivery
I got the round dining table to replace an older one. The table itself is solid, feels well-made, and looks just like the pictures on the site. It was fairly easy to put together too, just a few screws for the base. I do think the delivery took a little longer than expected, about 9 days when it said 5-7. It wasn't a huge deal but something they could improve. The packaging was very secure, so no damage, which is a plus for a larger item. Good value for what I paid, but the wait was a minor annoyance.
Quick delivery, good stool
Bought a single counter stool. Arrived in 4 days. Easy to assemble. Stool is sturdy. Looks modern. No issues at all.
Good deal on a side table
I was looking for a small side table and found one on Sicotas. I made sure to sign up for their newsletter first to get the 10% off. That extra discount made the price even better, felt like a really good value for the quality. Shipping was free, which always helps with budget. The table arrived in about 6 days. It's exactly what I needed for next to my couch and didn't break the bank. Definitely felt worth it with the savings.
Got a cool bar cart
So I needed a bar cart for my place and saw one on Sicotas. It looked pretty sleek, so I just went for it. Ordering was super easy, like, a few clicks and done. It showed up about a week later, which was totally fine. Putting it together wasn't too bad, just followed the pictures. It looks really good, better than I thought it would for the price. My friends even asked where I got it. Definitely happy with how it turned out.
Good chairs, assembly took time
I ordered four of the velvet dining chairs last month for our new apartment. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, I just picked the color and quantity. Shipping said 5-7 business days, and they arrived right on the 7th day, which was fine, they came via FedEx. Packaging was decent, no damage to the boxes. Assembly was a bit more involved than I thought it would be, took me about an hour and a half for all four, mostly getting the legs aligned perfectly. The chairs themselves feel pretty sturdy and the velvet upholstery is soft and looks good, definitely has that modern minimalist vibe I was going for. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, they fit well with my dining table and seem like they'll hold up.
Always reliable for my home
This isn't my first time buying from Sicotas, I've gotten a few pieces over the last year. My most recent order was for a couple of their accent chairs for our living room. Just like before, the process was smooth. I find their site easy to navigate and placing an order is quick. Delivery was consistent with past experiences, arrived within the estimated window. The quality of these accent chairs is just as good as the dining set I got previously. They always send what's pictured, and it holds up. That consistency is why I keep coming back when I need something for the house. It's nice not to worry about what you're going to get.

Hey guys, thinking of getting some dining chairs from Sicotas. What's the deal with their shipping? I'm in New York, trying to figure out if they'll get here before my dinner party next month.
Thinking about getting the velvet dining chairs but worried about returns if they don't match my vibe. Is their return policy a headache or pretty straightforward?
